It won’t hurt my feelings!

This scarf is designed to use two of the basic stitches in crochet: single crochet and double crochet.
I developed this pattern as a project for students learning these basic crochet stitches at a local yarn shop–A Chick That Knitz–where I would attend knit night each week. I wanted to create something that looked hard but would be surprisingly easy.
With simple front-post stitches and clusters (variations of double crochet) and single-crochet filler, this scarf is easy to make while providing an impressive look.

My goal with this scarf is to provide something for you to create that is eye-catching and seemingly complicated despite how easy it should be to whip up. I hope you enjoy making this scarf as much as I enjoyed designing it!
