Saxon Skies Pullover

We all have to start somewhere, and for me it was the Saxon Skies Pullover, my very first sweater design.

I learned a lot about what to do (and especially what NOT to do) when it comes to designing a crocheted sweater, so while I did my best to make it a good pattern, it definitely has the classic "first attempt" aura about it.


As such, I decided to make it a free pattern!


Rather than write an entire blog post, however, I've just provided download links below for each of the individual sizes (yes, I wrote them out in individual sizes because I wasn't savvy enough to know how to write for multiple sizes at the time).

US G/6 (4.25mm)

US H/8 (5mm)

Yarn

Category 4 medium (worsted) weight

100% superwash merino

Notions

Yarn needle, stitch markers, scissors, button
