These are designed to use your own measurements rather than standard sizing. The pattern provides instructions on what parts of your body to measure and how to use these measurements to calculate stitch and row counts.
The tank top is constructed with two separate panels that are seamed along the sides and shoulder straps. The shorts are constructed by creating a waistband that's worked flat then joined in a loop followed by working in joined and turned rounds until you split to work each leg individually.
